Net shift since 09/14Obama +0.72%

This number (Average shift since 09/14Obama +0.91%) reflects an almost 3/4% margin average improvement for the President over the last 15 days. What is most interesting is that four polls from 09/21 were cycled out of the statistic, two of them showing Obama at +7, and yet, the average barely shrunk. That being said, this was the first time in 8 days that the margin did not advance forward.

September 28th, 2012, marked exactly 39 days until the General Election.
